My wife and I just bought a 2019 C-HR XLE with under 3600 miles and we are just thriled with it. We just went up to our toyota dealer on a whim never saw one of these before but in the first day I've hade two complements on it. Good job Toyota!!

The thing I love about your reviews is that you truly seem to be having fun! I have had my 2019 C-HR for almost a year, and I have loved every minute of it. Like you say, it's super fun to drive, and very nimble, especially around corners. Although I love the edgy look and the way it handles, what is most important is that I feel very safe in it. It has high ratings by people who own this car, which sheds some truth on the negative remarks by people who have never driven one.

I'm looking into this car. Would you say that the front end is too low? I currently have a scion tc and that seems to be the worst part of the car. I hit everything

trying to pick up a 2020 xle later this year. Rlly looking forward to it! Blind spot isnt too much of a problem w the monitor. I love the way it looks and feels, and I'm not a fast driver so the engine doesn't bother me at all

In Rome this model is selling in high volume, in particular the hybird version.

Jeff, They have had AWD, Hybrid and manual C-HRs in other markets for years yet none of these options exist in our market.

I was going to buy Honda HRV but Honda Hrv doesn't have bsm and this one has and thats a big deal for me i GO With Chr. Thanks Jeff "wuhu" !!!

Can’t decide between the CHR or Hyundai KONA...I love the style of the Chr but the practicality / AWD of the kona just seems like the better bang for your buck. Any recommendations?

The ZLE dose not come with remote start I have one from the factory and it dose not come with remote start

It looks like a giant Nike shoe. If it had an AWD option and a higher approach angle, it would sell even faster

Well it wont get a AWD for this CHR anytime soon because of the engine and the way it mount to that CVT. By the way, Toyota already stated they will put all their lineup vehicle to AWD except for CHR, Supra and 86 in the near future and Toyota Camry will be the first to get AWD in the near future. Toyota talk about it AWD on all their lineup vehicle except for CHR, Supra and 86 cause some manufacture start their AWD i the vehicle such as Nissan and Mazda in their sedan. Because someone ask the engineer about the AWD in the future for CHR and the engineer answer cause of the engine 2.0 cant be mount to AWD and in Japan they put them in 1.2 turbo AWD instead and hybrid AWD. Toyota already show that concept FT-4X and it will be reveal this year or next year for full production as 4WD not AWD and it will be off-roading vehicle. But i am hoping they put AWD on that concept FT-4X though. I hope Toyota will make a smart moved not to turbo them cause they wear off too quick and it will be very expensive to repairs. Stay tuned on FT-4X production this year or next year.

Nice but what is the asking price $. ?

Toyota just announced a new crossover is coming which may offer a more practical alternative to this . In the meantime, the RAV4 just makes more sense.

I enjoy the humor in your videos, but...talk about a car that's part corolla and part RAV4, and gets WORSE mileage than either one? Something doesn't add up there.

Elon Musk actually you are so right. But so am I :) it goes by both names. I was trained by Toyota that it is Coupe. But you’re right it’s also called Compact in some circles too

I like the design but - make it a bit bigger, higher of the floor, the blind spot is worrisome, better on gas.

Are you sure this is an XLE?? No sunroom, leather, rear sent vents, and really no power driver seat? Doesn’t like every Toyota LE trim have a power drivers seat?

Cute looking but made in Turkey, CVT, 2.0L engine and mediocre gas mileage. I'd get the RAV4 as it's a much better vehicle - better 8-speed transmission, stronger 2.5L 203 HP engine yet better gas mileage. Heck, the C-HR probably doesn't have much more cargo space than the Corolla hatchback or even a Camry! It will be interesting to see how it sells though.

And still no Android Auto. Come on Toyota.

2021 dose not have remote start

Sales would go up even faster if AWD is offered.

They wont do AWD because of the engine and plus it is fun to drive already. I will be waiting for the refresh of 2020 Toyota CHR this summer or fall 2019. In Japan they did the AWD on 1.2 turbo only. So Toyota wont do AWD because they are making another SUV next year. The one they show the concept of FT-4X last year and it will be off roading and it will be 4WD not AWD. Stay tuned this year or next year foe that one.

Not a chance my friend. That hrv is louder than a tank. Rough torsion beam suspension and not refined. Chr trumps it in overall drive.

This car is garbage! The CVT transmission is weak and burns out at 60k. Never again! Screw Toyota and it's overpriced crap quality.

I'd like to hear the car driving not your mouth.
