In Romanian, "a bea" is the short infinitive form, which is used when talking about verbs, but we also have long infinitives, which can be used the same why, but people simply don't. In that case, to drink in Romanian is "bere" too.

Because they are uneducated. :) I don't know if it is so, but if it is as you say, it is probably because Spanish and Portuguese are used in South and North America, Italian is considered the language of the country where the Romance languages come from, and French very little in Canada and Romanian not at all in the Americas.

bc "latino" is short for "latinAmerican". the term "latino" didn't exist until the spanish colonization of america. and only the ppl in the americas identified with it, it had not reached mainland spain. so it stays in america

Because that was such a silly invention on the part of Napoleon, the Emperor of France. In reality, Spanish-speaking Americans are just that: Hispanic Americans. Calling "Latin" America is as stupid as saying that Canada, the United States and other English-speaking American countries were known as Germanic America just because English descends from the Germanic Languages. So America is divided into four phonetic forms: Hispanic America (the largest in all of America), followed by Portuguese, English and French America.

I think there are some weird words used for Italian. Take this as a clarification, I love these videos. But for example, "lecture" is more like "conferenza" in Italian, something like "lezione" would be good for the English word "lesson". And cheap is usually something you spend less money on but it's not good quality. "A buon mercato" (I think I can speak for French friends as well) is something qualitatively good but for some strange reason it costs less than full price. I would've used "economico".
