Miss Lori, you cracked me up when you picked the gnat out. Thank you for being so open and honest. Before I wouldn’t make biscuits because the recipe was too much for just one person but now I’m thinking biscuits and sausage gravy for supper tonight! Thanks again!

I really like several things about your videos, Mrs. Lori: You don't wear makeup (in my faith, women obey God and don't hide our faces with makeup); you have such an easy, simple way of showing what you're doing---no loads of blather going on, just telling us what you're doing, maybe a tidbit here and there of good information (such as how this recipe makes just a few biscuits); your recipes are just downright homey and comforting, real food for real people, and not expensive, which I very much appreciate, being an elderly single woman who cooks only for herself.

I just made these biscuits. I’m really disappointed. I wanted them to be tough and dry but NO they are fantastic! I don’t need to know how to make a small batch of great biscuits in a few minutes. Too late, I’m in trouble. They are fabulous, thanks for this recipe.

Oh boy, I like making biscuits. Most of the time, I make them by rolling them out. Sometimes I drop the dough by spoonfuls on a pan. When I was younger, my mom, and I think my grandma, made the dough and just put it in a pan and bake it. My grandma came from a family of 6, so her mom did that. Us mountain people where I'm from in East Tennessee love our biscuits and gravy.
