Love your workouts! I did two of your workouts in a row - 15 minute functional strength and also the cardio/core that you did on Wachusetts Mountain. Hour or so later I started with pains across my abdomen which became worse as day progressed. Better 2 days later but not 100%. Do you think it was just too much core exercise for me?
