@@sudhak704 hi Sudha, wat I did, morning will drink lemon water, will do warmup exercise gvn by sir, breathing pranaya for 10 minutes will eat small cup of oats thn wil go for walking 5 km (1 hr 15 minutes)after bck home wil do any workout for 10 to 15 minutes. I ate a lot of fruits and followed similar veg diet food plan gvn by sir wil complete my dinner b4. 7:30 pm in case if I feel hungry at late night wil eat fruit ( I dun take rice and banana)
