Iam very late to see your videos sir..... actually I have this arm weight problem for years...my arms are keep on increasing year by year which looks as if my arms doesn't belong to my own body structure... I thought Its becoz of giving more work to my hands and I cannot stop too as I work as a teacher...needs more writing works.. I will surely try these workouts... thanks for your video... Please give us more tips for not putting weight gain in arms...
