Hey, I am using 2kg , I have just completed the exercises Day 1- once I will update further
They r very simple exercises.great mam..
Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ Diet: I'm in a 700 calorie deficit. Exercise: all the other 3 day challenges. arm, hips, legs, lower belly, neck, face. NO INCHES LOST.
Im regretting, why I didn't find ur channel before. Gonna start following ur excercise for burning arm and belly fat from today. Thanks alot for creating smal small videos which are easy to follow.

I have been doing this workout since a week, I checked after three days and saw no difference, but later increased my count to 30 instead of 20 and did twice a day, after three days I measured, I lost a inch, each body type is different, so try and customize the plan as per your body, listen to your body.

I have successfully completed this exercise for 3 days, i used 1.5 kg each : Day 1 : ✔️ once Day 2 : ✔️ twice Day 3 : ✔️ twice Before : 12.5 inc After : 11.5 inc I feel very happy eventhough only one inch different 😂 These exercises were effective for me. You guys should try it.

Hey , I too will do this challenge and update the result Day 1. Done 13.2 inches Day 2. Done 2 sets twice Day 3. Done 2 sets twice Day 4 measurements 13 inches Yes there is a difference, by continuing this workout, I'll be reducing further, Day 4 done twice 😊 Day 5 done

After reading all comments, i immedietly do one set. Start with 12 inch. Trying to do 2 set per day. Day 1 : morning ✅ evening✅ Day 2 : morning ✅ evening✅ Day 3 : morning ✅ evening✅ Complete but nothing is changed. I think i need to do more set. However i can feel my hand getting stronger 😊
