Feeling burnt out and plateaued with my normal weight-training and running routine, I decided to try something new for the new year. I don't think I've ever done a burpee before. This morning I tried 20 minutes of 6-count burpees. I managed 87 but felt pretty gassed most of the 20 minutes. It was really fun to do something new. Followed it up with 100 body weight squats and 300 leg raises. The 20 minutes of burpees was humbling. You might feel like you're in great shape until you try something new!

Starting to figure out it's all about pacing for me.. I'd got to 145 a few weeks ago but had a nightmare following your 150 guide video.. since then I paired it back for another run, and by using this video, but adding an extra rep for the 2nd set of 5 minutes, I got to 150! Hit the 1D for 10 counts just 2 days ago, so well happy today 🙂! Thank you again Max for all the content, genuinely couldn't do it without these follow alongs and your infectious positivity! 👍

Just got my PR of 160 after 3 weeks of being at 150. Started in January at around 100. The follow alongs are great. Pacing in this one was perfect and was able to continue with 8 reps on each minute. Thank you Max for your great content and coaching, you are making a difference in people’s lives!

Another 20 mins in the bank. Yes I know I’ve done a lower set, but it’s amazing to see how much I’ve improved in just 3 weeks. 3 weeks ago I was absolutely blowing, today, sweating but normal breathing. This is the power of the BDP and of the 2 sacred movements. I love it. 👍💪

I decided to try something new this year and give BDP a try. First workout I manage only 20 6-count burpees in 20 minutes, but I'm almost 35Kg above my normal weight. At least I passed lvl 1-A 😅Let's see when I'll be till the end of the year 😅

Amazing! Yesterday i had the pleasure to complete the requirements to be a Level 2 BDP practicioner. I managed to do the 200 6C in 20 minutes and 80 NS. Huge milestone for me personally, but the beauty of this is that is a neverending quest... So, let's keep working 💪

Saw this follow along, as I’m at 1D I thought I’d give this a go, great pace, great encouragement as always, and I made it through. It was tough though brother but I’m here at the end and feeling great. Thank you Sir 👊👍

Hey Sir, i recently found your channel and think its pretty good. But i wonder if there will be any imbalances in ur upper body if u only do push exercises. Yes, the burpee grants back stability, i do get that, but u wont build latissimus, dont you? Looking forward to ur answer

Great question! I think that while the upper back does get some stimulation from these movements, it is advisable to supplement with ten dead hang pull ups each day
