GREAT VIDEO -- thank you for sharing... have drop foot and some neuropathy in lower legs... I get some pain on lateral side of legs below knees some times., turning corners can throw balance off.. I found a good exercise is with 3-4 pounds on ankles and walking and then taking weights off ... a wow moment -- helps raise feet up easier... where is your Free handout... ?

Thank You. My calf muscles are very weak. I can not do heel raise exercises at all. I have been doing exercises but still, my calf muscle doesn't get any better

These are good ! The only trouble I get into is one foot in front of the other. The rest I can do. Chemo stole my balance. Sometimes I lose my balance just standing! I look like I’m drunk and we laugh about my “sea legs” but it’s not funny. Ty

Because of a right knee revision I am unable to stand on my right leg for much support because it is weak and my knee tends to buckle. Any suggestions?
How do I get the page to print?
I have PTTD it is very painful. I try to do a lot if these but have absolutely no strength in my right foot. I can't even to a heel raise in my right foot. Will try some of these. I am in PT 2x a week

Shoes on is easier - barefoot is harder :)

@@PTProgress interesting! I find balance much, much easier barefooted. But I live my life barefoot & only wear shoes when propriety (or ballroom dancing) dictates I must.😅
Do u have to sit in chair or can u squat to the chair?
When standing on one foot. Is that with eyes closed , or eyes open? Since getting a mild case of COVID; it affected my balance so that standing on one foot with eyes closed, I loose my balance in less than 2 seconds at my age of 79. I like swimming to get my heart going several repetitions at an intense rate for almost one minute each.

IAM 70s , walk like punctured tyre .fallen several ocations.getting up from chair without support difficult, if rist fracture IAM disabled, even using toilet difficult
