I am extremely grateful to KZread as the best medical service provider in America🙏😁

Because the bureaucratic system of medical services in America is very long and inefficient, I still haven't managed to see an orthopedist and get an MRI of my arm three months after the possible rupture of my tendons or ligaments. I am very grateful to KZread for replacing the dysfunctional American medical system for me, and I am also grateful to the good doctors and specialists on KZread that thanks to your explanations, even without taking an MRI, I realized that I most likely have rotator cuff tear like this because apparently My orthopedist should give me an emergency visit and send me for an MRI. And now its already 3 months I suffering from pain and cannot do anything with my left arm and hand.I have to suffer for a month or two until finally, after five months of pain, they will find out what my problem is with an MRI. FYI, I live in the largest and best city in America in terms of medical services. The American medical system is really a joke. In my opinion, the title of the best doctor of the year in America should be given to KZread, because most Americans treat their pains through specialist doctors on KZread rather than waiting for months to be visited by doctors and undergo medical tests.thank you doctor🙏🌹

Good video. 1, being in tuned with your body can create a more accurate study vs. someone who is not and cannot pin point pain. 2, some in the study could have an over heighten expectation for results Personally, I use it after injuries to aid in reducing swelling and increase lymphatic drainage. I would say it's helps on the same level of taking ibuprofen. Story, the 2nd time i fractured my ankle; more like aggregated an old injury, i treated it like it was savior. Elevated it, took meds, propped it up and KT typed it all over "For Drainage". To my surprise the next morning, what started to look like a bruise was gone and the swelling was minimal. Pain was still there and took a few months to recover, but it could have been worse. Does help with superficial or surface recovery, yes. Performance, well, I believe taping prior to a sporting event is like taking ibuprofen before you enter a boxing ring. You know you're going to be prone to some pain, so you prepare for it to reduce the impact.

I have found no other way to ease rotator cuff pain. It adds support when doing something that would further aggravate the injury and, when sat still, it allows the area to completely relax which I’m sure helps with recovery.

Ktape has helped me with recovering from injuries. I think you make a good point when discussing that the benefits don't fit into the medical investigation box. A healthy trained athlete my not notice or test well enough to show an improvement. For healthy folks Ktape is a solution looking for a problem. For injured or worn out bodies, well read the comments.

Hey, I have a question, cuz I'm not sure about this I get a lot of arm muscle cramps, Spasms, or something, it only painful around bicep area. It happens way a lot when swimming, or putting some force anywhere, and when I say a lot, it really happens way too many to the point I got used to the pain, like for example I went to this island for a week, and I felt it for more than 5 times, like its not swelling but the pain feels swelling inside, but I'm not sure about what it is cuz for me whenever that thing happens my hands are always in a lift position and it feels as if something moved feels like I got sprained but only it comes back to the old position, and long as I can feel the pain I won't be able to put my arm down. The question is it just normal muscle cramps or something? Earlier it happened again when I tried to do a back squat with a lift, like I hadn't even started yet but it already cramps, and had to wait for few a sec til I could put my arm down. Please someone answer who also experiencing this same thing.
