    It's pretty amazing how convicts/prisoners get so jacked in prison. Many, if not most, without access to any weights or real gym equipment and on the sh*tty prison food diet. Most prisoners/convicts can only rely on body weight exercises and calisthenics, and yet many look almost like professional body builders on steroids.

    To be fair, steroids are smuggled into prisons just like other drugs and items. But there is definitely something to having all day to train, eat and rest, I agree.

    They don’t overthink and get distracted by informations. Just punish themselves with high volume Calisthenics

    Yes. But they are on a "prison diet" which is mostly garbage food. That's why i said it's amazing that they can still get so jacked, even if they do have access to steroids. Good, high protein nutrition is supposedly essential to building muscle and getting big & jacked. @@squatcurldeadlift7346

    I read a study online wherein they tested the testosterone levels of convicts and found it to be higher than average when compared to non-convicts. and it was highest in those convicts who are considered "violent/dangerous" offenders, when compared to other convicts who do not fall into the "violent" offender category. And this is not surprising, to me at least. @@StrongandConditioned

    Interesting workout, I see the point is that you do sub-maximal amount of push ups with 10 seconds of rest, so then you drive a lot of overall volume and can reach muscle failure easier instead of doing 1 set of push ups to failure.
