This foam roller routine is great for reducing back pain and releasing tight muscles. If you're not sure how to use a foam roller this is the ideal way to get started foam rolling.
Foam rolling is great for runners and any athlete wanting to move better and recover faster. This foam roll routine is beneficial for beginners or advanced athletes.

    I just started going to the gym and I have never worked out before. I think this will be very helpful for me, and the way you explain things is very clear and informative in a simple way, hit the body of the muscle, but not the joints yeah👌👌👌

    This has been the best workout for plantar fasciitis. I have been doing different stretches, massages, workouts to alíviate the pain ( and this workout it is not even for that purpose!), but this has been the most helpful. Thank you!

    I hate rolling although I know it’s good for me. 😅 This “follow along with me” video is so helpful! I actually roll my muscles the full 10 minutes and it makes SUCH a difference. Thank you for it!

    great video. i found the one i'm using which is quite firm, i tend to slide off it a lot, maybe need a softer one

    Sliding off is more likely due to what your wearing rather than roller. Try different shorts/leggings/joggers

    Thanks for the video. I'm about be 30 and played sports up until university but always hated stretching. Went to a chiro who suggested I start foam rolling. Looking forward to seeing how this helps.

    Love to see a routine with foam rolling whole body with banded distraction to stretch muscles . Love this foam rolling but need more for upper body.
