I tried 2 options in the last exercise by putting the band closer to my toes and to my heels. It actually makes difference. Thanks for idea with bands use🙏

longer leverage makes it more intense on the glutes 👏🏼😇
Really like the use of the band… could you do more distractions in your future videos… mobility and maybe a stretch for hips and one for upper body

Ein solch aufwändiges Warmmachen ist für die folgenden Kniebeugen unnötig. Es reichen Kniebeuge mit steigender Last bis zum Arbeitsgewicht. ABER, man spart viel Zeit, wenn man diese Übungen sowieso machen möchte.

Das mag für junge Athlet:innen bis zu einem gewissen Alter funktionieren, kann aber so nicht pauschaliert werden. Ein Warm Up sollte individuell auf die eigenen Baustellen abgestimmt sein. „Kniebeugen mit steigender Last“ sind keine Hilfe, wenn die Kniebeuge-Technik von vornherein nicht gut ist. 😌

@@julia.reppel Ich erfreue mich mit 45 bester Gesundheit und Funktionalität. Hoffentlich kommt das gewisse Alter nicht sobald. Wenn es soweit ist, suche ich nach der spezifischen Erwärmung für mich.
