    Love these videos. Could you do one dedicated to foot and ankle mobility? Nearly all YT videos for stretching flat feet and planter fasciitis are educational rather than follow along routines!

I have done countless mobility routines here on KZread and other paid ‘fitness’ streaming services…and yet I’m always looking for variation. I’m adding your channel to my rotation.     I will try some of your hip mobility videos at home, hoping my back pain will get better. the videos are well made and easy to follow. exercises are shown clearly. so thanks anyways regardless if it will work for me or not. TO ANYONE ELSE: a 10min core exercise routine does WONDERS to your workout. it's insane. bench press, squat, anything is very stable and you will feel more powerful and stronger. (i'm an experienced lifter but have always neglected full core exercises and mobility - paying the price at age 34)
