OMG I am ecstatic that you dropped this!!!! I always love your warm up+ cool downs, especially when they’re on the short side for when I’m particularly busy that day. I hope you’ll drop some more cool downs or bedtime routines! It would especially be cool if the evening routine were body part specific (upper, lower) for when that part of that body needs extra love. I know when I come home from work, my back be aching lol Thank you again for such a wonderful routine!!!❤❤❤
