I’ve tried a few of your mobility routine and I have to see THIS one felt the greatest BY FAR!!! It was easier for my (not so mobile body) to do and i felt a boost of energy right before the end. Think I’ll stick to this one for a week and eventually move to something different.

The elbow rotations started the morning wake up. Another awesome workout. Now to lift and stretch the heck out my joints (I’m determined to get my side split and pistol squat this year and my joints are slowly entering positions they’ve never seen before! 😆) Danke, Julia.
