#1 VITAMIN D Danger You Must Be Aware Of | Dr. Mandell

Many people are taking Vitamin D and there Vitamin D levels continue to stay low. The main reason is low Magnesium.
Without magnesium present, Vitamin D is stored in the body and not used. The body depends on magnesium to convert Vitamin D into its active form within the body. Magnesium also helps Vitamin D bind to its target proteins, as well as helping the liver and the kidneys to metabolize Vitamin D

They only have two weeks training on vitamins. They are paid by the medical model to hand out medication. Big pharmaceutical companies rely on it hence the medical model is science backed by big money . That’s why they push vaccines. There is no funding for Holistic medicine. Vitamin D3 and magnesium is not enough, you also need vitamin K2 (not K1) to store the calcium into the bones. K2 removes calcium from the blood into the bones, therefore K2 is very important for cardiovascular health.

Omg i went in to my doctor with all these symptoms. My husband mentioned magnesium and to check. She said your not a doctor. I still dont know. But listening to you i know exactly what is wrong. Years ago i went to hospital and they said my magnesium was very low and potassium. So i felt great when i was on them both. I was taken off because she said i was fine. I went down hill since then. Im so happy to have seen this video. I have had so much stress and doctors dont care anymore.

. Please be aware that taking too much vitamin D3 can also make calcium acumulate and deposit in the body in wrong places. For calcium to be redirected to bones and teeth where it should be, it is recommended to also take vitamin K2 when you take D3. But you need to be careful about this too: some people can't take K2, for example those who are on blood thinners, because K2 also plays a part in correct blood coagulation. It is an intricate topic.

I'm watching your videos from Romania. You multiply our empathic feeling for each other, and give the hope that humanity still exists among the doctors. Thank you so much ,for that... I say hello, and keep going on .

This guy is great, it's not what you know it's how you relay what you know in Lehman's terms to those outside of your expertise. Thank you and God Bless.

I am active in the sun constantly, and I consume foods high in Magnesium. The sun also creates anti cancer properties. No sun blocks for me.

Sorry, but I disagree. Ask everyone with skin damage from the sun. Myself included. I should have taken my father's advise. "Everything in moderation."
