Which Magnesium Supplement is Right for Me? Dr. Mandell

If you’re shopping for a magnesium supplement, it can be easy to get overwhelmed by all the options. There are dozens of different brands and you can find magnesium in a capsule, powder, or liquid. The most important decision, though, is the type of magnesium supplement.
There are a handful of different types of magnesium, including magnesium glycinate, magnesium taurate, magnesium oxide, magnesium citrate, magnesium sulfate, and more. And, as with most things, finding the right one for you will make a difference.

I'm glad you said "Listen to this video over and over" because that's how we learn. I took notes during the entire video, and watched the video 3 times to make sure I had wrote down everything. I'm 55, with thyroid issues since I was 25. Of course, I take medicine, but I've been studying how to help my thyroid with the proper vitamins and minerals. These are things that doctors WON'T TELL. I've created a cocktail of vitamins and minerals that I think best address my body's needs. For 2 years, its been working for me. I added Selenium, Magnesium and Iodine and that had a very good impact on my thyroid- my doc had to change my prescription because I was doing good! I'll be taking more Magnesium at night to help with sleep and muscle cramps. BTW- MAGNESIUM WILL MAKE YOU SLEEPY, so don't take too much during the day- trust me, I know.

Great video with very helpful info thanks doc! I have to say though, that I do Epsom salt foot soaks when I get a chance & if I managed 2 - 3 days consecutively before bedtime I DEFINITELY feel a difference in my head when I wake up in the morn (it feels a bit clearer & lighter) so DEFINITELY it should be given more credit 🙏
