Doing 100 push ups will hit a plateau quickly. It’s a tedious number as well. Instead do 3 sets to failure incline push ups, slowly do more and more and results will ten fold. I’ve done 200 push ups a day for a year and results fell off after 8 months. And I would be sore all week only could do it once or twice a week, now I do push ups to failure 6 times a week and the results are nuts.

This gave me hope - thanks Jack. I lost 100 pounds over the last few years. When I lay flat I can see/feel abs under my loose skin. I’m going to keep working on abs like I’ve been doing, especially after seeing this. Thanks again!

Great job! Can I ask what the lump on your spine was? If something was wrong and with your new found fitness lifestyle it was fixed in the process or did you do something special

You should have done the 100 pushups every other day. The body needs to recover from the stress. That's why you have shoulder problems.
