Talofa family awesome watching your videos always puts a smile on my face. Chef we have something in common I had diabetes type 2 a few years ago I was 145kg and was able to drop nearly 50kg in 6 months just by cutting my sugar and salt out completely and going to sweetners and rock salt as an alternative and obviously stopping the fatty food us samoans love to eat I was able to reverse all my symptoms including diabetes and I feel 100% better, when we get older we tend to look past our own health because we are so tied up in our everyday lives to provide for our families and we forget about our own health, Chef honestly if I can do it so can you uso all the best on your healthy journey me and my family are right behind you God bless to you and the aiga ❤

Cayenne Pepper is great as a blood thinner, also great to lower blood pressure. Cayenne balances the blood, so if your blood is high it will bring it down, and if your blood is low the Cayenne will take it up. Cayenne Pepper also wakes up the blood. I make my own Cayenne Pepper Capsules at home, and I take 2 capsules 3 times daily with my meals, this is what my family all take. Its great for the heart.
