Love Dennys haven’t been there for a while! Praying for Godspeed healing & recovery over Chef. Rita, I realize what you said that happened to Chef around same time last year which is our Spring (Washington). Just suggesting maybe have Chef’s primary physician run some allergy tests for him. Maybe he had severe allergic reaction to pollens! Just a suggestion! Sad to see him always in the hospital. It’s not always about what he eats. It can be the weather & nature sometimes. 💯 It could be allergies, either from pollen or hives caused by certain fruits. I always have to be careful as my asthma can flare up from hives or certain foods, so I make sure to read every label to avoid certain spices. This is a great suggestion! 🙌🏽

Prayers that chef recovers quickly. But Chef cut the salt out, Chef I watched a video 2 nights ago and you were drinking the soy sauce that you cooked that really fatty lamb sipi/ flaps in it's full of salt. I was gagging at you drinking it. Rita I know your husband loves lamb flaps but he eats it to often. Chef you have a beautiful family you want to be around to watch your 3 youngest children graduate you need to change your life style, all the fried food the salt everything not just for a week or 2 for the rest of your life. You use salt for taste, food should not need salt I use to be the same chef salt everything even on my orange. Now I squeeze lemon on my food chicken my lamb sipi/flaps cut into ribs marinate them over night in lemon juice pepper and you can put a little bit of sugar then cook on the BBQ all my family in Tonga love it do the chicken as well put a little bit of chilli as well Try marinating with fresh pineapple juice or lemon or orange juice all fresh squeeze yourself. It is yummy
