I can tell by the way Chef is eating it’s really good. Chef since you like salt so much try using Celtic salt it’s healthier for you. Love the dishes 🤤

Oka la se magaia o le fa'afiafiaga ole aso. Malo Tinā le kuka. Man, I remember growing up in Vaimoso with my dad's family. Fai'ai Elegi and falai si'usi'u pīpī was our favorite. You can never go wrong with fai'ai elegi.

Elegi is the Sāmoan word for the HERRING fish, Pilitati or Pilikaki in Sāmoa for the PILCHARD fish👍.

Preference...some people like but most don't. It's soft and brittle but has alike a sour taste a little and takes the flavor out of it in my opinion. To each their own though.
