HEALTHY LOW CARBS FISH TACOS FOR DINNER

    Glad chef is doing well on his diet especially with great blood sugar numbers. Try to get a referral to a nutritionist or dietitian they really help modify and incorporate it into his diet or what chef loves to eat but healthy choices. But yes dialysis diet is worst then now so pray healing over chef and your whole family and keep up the great job Mrs chef ❤❤❤

    Try find more Diabetic recipe here on KZread. Also please don't stop other things like "Camping" Just because your going through this, dosen't mean your life interest has to Stop as well..Get out & do what you love! You guys got this! ❤🙏🏽

    Make homemade hummus it’s cheap and healthy or beetroot hummus you can make roast vegetables to add to your wraps homemade Asian slaw with citrus oil sesame oil dressing…couscous salad with chicken…nutritional yeast is a great ingredient to add more flavour to your food salt replacement..vegetable frittata baked to have hot or cold..happy to give you more recipes to live up your healthy eating..nutritious and healthy!🥳 happy days whanau!✨thank you for sharing 👍

    I was diagnosed with pre diabetes, high blood pressure,and kidney problems.After eliminating sugar and on the carnivore diet for Three months I was able to reversed everything.

    Well done! Keep going. I know it's hard but your bodies will adjust. Try eating veges or greens before you eat the other foods. Greens into your puku first will help to stop the sugar cravings. Cooking in butter is also good to have in your diet. It's good fat and tasty! Avoid seed oils like sunflower, bran oil etc. They're bad. Olive oil is the best!

    Chef don't forget the exercise. You will get used to the food. E lelei oe gae ai a fish n meat. My diet was no sugar, wheat meat . That is everything out. Persevere and you'll get there. All the best God bless you n family. 🙏 ❤

    Chef, good to see you watching your health and your wife for being there. Have you guys ever tried intermittent fasting ? You guys should give it a try. Me and my wife are doing it. The longest we ever fasted was 5 days, no food, just water. And it's been 2 years now. It's a game changer you guys should look into it for the health benefits. 'Ofa Atu.
