Any advice for a baby who is exhibiting asthma symptoms... Sadly , breast milk has gone down since he started child care. And he's been on kendamill formula... This might not be a culprit , but I can't help but feel guilty and wonder if The formula. Is not helping

If my asthma medicine don't work (i use 2 types) (and it happened like two times a year) I buy camel blue, take only two puffs from one cigarette, then take the medicine (I get a easier asthma to medicate)

Friend, what about food? I am thinking to go to this, but is there specific food to eat to gain muscle? My primary objective would be arms and shoulders, so I would need to eat like I am going to regular gym? Can you please answer me, but without regular gym? I am single dad, working 2 jobs... I just dont have time for regular gym, but most important to me is this: can I truly gain MUSCLE ON MY ARMS and body with this WITHOUT regular gym workout? In lets say 2 months. I saw EMS traning in my city here, and I saw prices, it's not cheap like regular gym so thats why Im asking...

Most people discount the emotional issues that create asthma. Grief-related issues contribute about 80% towards asthma while 20% due to physiological factors. Asthma needs to be treated holistically.

The title of this video is very misleading! There is NO cure for asthma, only different methods of managing it. It's truly disturbing that a heath care professional would post such inaccuracies concerning a life-threatening disease! 👎

It is obviously truthful and helpful video, I personally suffering from this problem since last 5 years even being a sports person, When I am in some tension/stress/thinking much on any bad incident, then if some physical activity do, I feel heavy breathing problems. So somehow, Tension/Stress is the big reason for it. Thank you.

If you’re experiencing dyspnea (tightness of chest and shallow breathing) and you’ve never had asthma before and don’t have wheezing or coughing you may not have asthma. My nurse misdiagnosed me with asthma and I’ve been dealing with these symptoms for a year, she put me on a steroid inhaler telling me if I don’t use it my lungs with close up and I’ll get symptoms worse than copd so obviously that scared me into using it. After a month it still did absolutely nothing I knew stress made it worse but I thought maybe it’s stress induced asthma. She told me to up the dosage to which I did for a few days then thought no I’m not going to do this I do not want the side effects (osteoporosis, glaucoma, thinning of skin, bad mood changes. I then tried to holistic route of vitamin D and also this video the past month or two. A few days ago I visited a doctor my mum really loved but it was her last day. She said to me just by hearing my speak I do not have asthma. It is more so stress related and me having anxiety is the cause. She checked my heart and other things it was fine, my pulse was high like 102 so she told me it was in my head and to think positively and not ruminate on sadness, feel it but then move on, and to find ways to manage it which I have cbt therapy soon so hoping that helps as well as switching your mindset. She recommended a book called counselling for Toads about common questions people ask that they find suprising how relatable it is and answers to, which I will definitely read.

What improved my asthma very much are BUTEYKO EXERCISES. They are clastrophobic and very demanding and take almost an hour a day. But they help I swear on God. I can finally sleep like 7-8-9 hours a day my life is transformed. I still suffer very much from it socially, because I must be always in clean and unsterilized envoirments, but the effect of these exercises is outmatches all the pills and pumps. I will say it again : BUTEYKO BREATHINF EXERCISES. the tecnhique is described in the book by PATRICK MCKEOWN, GOOGLE HIM, THERE IS A LOT FROM HIM ON KZread. the book is : Asthma-Free Naturally.

I have same situation , severe astma problems made me depressed and i think its all happened i took covid vaccines. my life went on an edge that i was think to go on disability but started exercising more and started eating less carb and more plant based vegetables and fruits. Running makes my lung work better and less astma but it also makes my back pain. but other exercise definitely helps.I m thinking to quit coffee as well.
