I have a question,? Please help . I had a T.I.A a year ago. And started getting abdominal pain and chronic constipation after 6 months the T.I.A or Mini stroke . My question is can anything be done fix this or treat it .? I'm getting a colonoscopy in January. But I don't think I can wait until January the pain and constipation has become unbearable.

Hi Alexander, your comment somehow slipped my attention, hence the late reply. I hope you are doing better by now. Please note that any information we exchange here is merely meant to inform and not to provide medical advise; nor does it create doctor patient relationship. Generally speaking constipation is unrelated TIA. Colonoscopy is a good diagnostic to find out the cause of the constipation. Once you know the cause you can treat accordingly :). I hope this helps; best of luck and keep us posted!
