Thx, this video helps a lot in my research. I don't wanna do anything manually. No turning knobs, tightening belts or tweaking such and such. Full automation. Hopefully that printer is out there.

If you do the math correctly, you will find that the Creality is 27% smaller, which is closer to 1/4th, not 1/3rd.

What do you consider the ideal modeling software if you wanted to design and print motorcycle fairings and custom plastic parts for large-scale model kits (think 1/6th scale RC model crafts). I have a list from what I've researched, but I would like a professional's input. Oh, also, the goal is to get into carbon fiber materials. Either printing the models, and laying the CF, or printing CF directly. Not sure if the software would affect this or not.

I understand Bambu's lower-res P1S or X1C are FDM printers (hot glue guns) that support PT, PLA, ABS and carbon fiber material.. but what kind of materials are used in the higher resolution SLS/SLA (resin+uv) printers? Aside from speed and the volume size of the print, how does the technology differ from industrial 3d printers (Stratasys Fortus 450mc, sPro 60, Essentium, Fusion3 F410)? Is it that those support even more exotic materials (Peak Victrix AM 200)? Or is it about the software (Orca Slicer , FlashCloud support, etc)?

Creality sucks. Their printers suck. They don't know how to fix them when they break and they don't honor their warranty.

why in the world wouldn't you get the K1 max if you already got the p1p? thats what i am doing, and was hoping this review would help.. I am looking for something to supplement my p1p + ams, and the k1 max with a bigger volume seems like a great option with the same speed and quality and cloud options

This probably wasn't the best video to watch as an interested prenewbie to 3D printing. LOLOL 30 mins isn't long for a "teaching" video (I watch crocheting videos 3x as long, lol), it's ALL the info crammed into that 30 mins. My head was spinning and now I'm no longer interested in 3D printing, lolol. You did a superb job in explaining everything...for those somewhat familiar with the process, the techy stuff, and logistics, but for someone who knows absolute zero about this, it was overwhelming. For everything you explained, I would need a course in 3D Printing for Dummies, lolol. This was simply not "dummy" enough for me, lolol. I still gave the video a like though, I hope that helps ease the pain of this passive-aggressive comment from a prenewbie. 😉

I wisely invested in a pre-owned Ultimaker S3 (dual core) 3D printer, with all the capabilities of their larger S5 variant, just in a smaller package. The private seller included a dozen packs of assorted new Ultimaker (NFC ID enabled) filaments. I was genuinely surprised at how easy the S3 was to initially setup and connect wirelessly to my local network and Ultimaker's free remote monitoring platform. I literally started printing quality parts within minutes of turning it on, with it's easy to use touch screen UI and free Cura slicing software. The most frustrating and difficult aspect of 3D printing for me personally (as a noob) was getting proficient with modelling software like Blender and FreeCAD. It's easy to slice and print someone else's (thingiverse) models, but not so easy to create ones own from scratch. It's both time-consuming to learn the software, as well as design 3D models good enough to print. My personal recommendation for DIY amateurs, would be like me to initially buy a cheaper used printer to start with and don't potentially lumber yourself with an expensive new paperweight, should you find 3d printing less-appealing after trying it a few times. One definitely needs a purpose/reason for owning/using a 3D printer, as they're not cheap to maintain or feed. Thanks for your in-depth honest review of the K1, I for one am glad I invested in a reliable small commercial grade (dual nozzle) 3D printer and not something like the Creality K1. Where I think you've more than adequately demonstrated my point too, it pays to buy a reliable workhorse and not the latest pretty-looking plastic trendy show horse. 😉👍

I have had the Longer Lk4 for the past 4 years and am finally looking at getting another 3d printer, and this video has sealed the deal for me getting the Longer Lk5 pro. My Longer Lk 4 has been great and I even modded it to have direct drive extrusion and dual drive screws, so I figured I would stick with the Longer brand 3d printers.

This video is a fake made especially to create a false bad opinion of a good product. How can you say that the chain comes out of the links by itself when you can put it back in?...how do you lie that the protective chain can move the lever to open the filament when you can push it with your hand :)))) you are ridiculous and disgusting this video is a cheap fake and has a report for information and false defamation on youtube
