Need to bring the strings closer to the frets at the bridge; then move the bridge saddles forwards towards the neck, then you can sing with the bass.

I noticed a very minute difference in the high e string volume on the clean setting. There wasn't enough difference to matter.

As a young kid in the 60s I remember hearing I’ve just got to get a message to you and being startled at how inventive the bass line was and secondly how it was so prominent in the mix. Another great post Julia

please youtubers , STOP saying « without further adieu » , first it’s not original and sounds dumb, and secondly no one says it correctly. Adieu when english people says it, sounds crappy 😂

Q: Are Thomann's TOP 3 Tube Combos Any Good Well ... maybe not as good as a combo of: a JC-120, a Soldano and a VH4 But i would have slept in front of the store to get one in my "young(er)" days

Alex, not sure if you followed this thread… I’ve been following you for years… But much more recently this past year. I have learned a great deal from your clips on the Internet… And recently bought an ESP LTDAS one Alex Skolnick signature Guitar. This guitar is one of the best designed best sounding and best playing guitars that I have ever played. And I have played many… If you’re looking for a top notch, single cut Guitar… The ESP LTD Alex Skolnick as1 17:47 signature is the one!

Great video ! You forgot to remove the foam from under the bridge of the Hofner violin, which would have made it sound quite brighter. Interesting how they all get closer, more uniform in tone at a short scale.

After the locking nut I notice the strings are still straight line across to the turners. I have a Jackson guitar, after the locking nut the string angle making me believe that why it goes out of turn after using the Floyd.

Question about these wraps. Are they good at stopping B string vibration on a 5 string bass, if you have poor technique like myself?
