This is one of the most well described stories of how addiction rips you apart and leaves you empty and broken. I feel goosebumps everytime I hear this song because I know all too well how painful addiction is. The lost cause part of the song hit me like a ton of bricks. I am a recovering addict from dating sites. My wife and I almost divorced 3 years ago when I hit a rock bottom, if it wasnt for rooms where people shared their experiences, and 2 years of weekly therapy, my marriage would have ended there and I probably wouldnt have been here today. Poetry like this saves lives.

This show is like a mix of the irreverence of Trey Parker/Matt Stone in The Book of Mormon or Team America: World Police with the gumdrop positivity and happy vibes of a Disney movie. I love when media plays with dichotomies like this, it's such a blast. Hazbin certainly has its flaws, but it's a show that I can't help but adore even despite those flaws.

PLEASE react to Epic: The Musical, it isn’t actually out yet only the act 1 (first 5 sagas) concept songs that has 20 songs is out. It’s an adaptation of The Odyssey. The vocals and lyricism are amazing!! I would love to see your reaction/breakdown of them, especially the 2nd song Just A Man, and the last 2 songs No Longer You and Monster (I recommend watching them in order, as they do tell a story and foreshadowing/call-backs wouldn’t make sense out of order) There is no official video’s yet, but the fan made animatics are fairly accurate and all of them are extremely well made, truly Epic (heh get it).
