I guess as long as new communities are being developed, it's good to see that roads to accommodate the growing population are also being built. But I agree, the landscape is beautiful out there and it's hard to see it change. Question: I had a Google map up to see where you all were driving and I was wondering if the Parkside Trail Pulte community is (will be) located in Orange County?

Parkside Trails is BARELY on the Lake County side of the line. When you see the drone shot with Silverleaf and Parkside Trails, the County line runs right between the two.

I can not believe my very small single family house in Santa Clara, California is more expensive than the house you just showed me. I am surprised there is no swimming pool at that house. That was the only negative. The house you showed us and the location near Disneyworld is amazing! Go Niners! Yes! I currently live right behind Levi’s Stadium.

Hey Amy and Eric. Wow. Large home. Like the elevation. Big front bedroom & bathroom. 2nd big bedroom. Yes Amy was thinking that could be an in-law suite. Big open concept. Love the recessed tv area. Massive kitchen with side seating. Would’ve thought the laundry room a little bigger but still appreciated. Bedroom 3 and a rear bathroom close to the sliders for when we add the pool. Large primary. Like the sitting area. Like the transient window in the shower. Nice extended paved patio but I need my pool. Downstairs is really enough but upstairs is amazing. Look at the size of that 5th bedroom. Bathroom. Huge loft area but it’s the bar for me 🍾🥂🍺🍹🍸🥃🧊🍷😋😋😋. 6th huge bedroom and en-suite. Congrats to whoever purchases this home. Thanks for sharing 🤗

Excellent video, one of best and most informative on internet. You two should do informational videos full time! Built my house in 1994 and added a pool upon completion. It was 16x32 with 6 person jacuzzi, spillway, in ground cleaning system, salt system, 1000sf of decking and a screen room. It cost $22,000! Getting ready to build new house and budgeting $75k, but doing basic small pool and doing rest myself.

Sure! It is listed to start in the high $500s... but that's as of today, July 3, 2024. Things change so fast that I always hesitate to put prices without a date! You can figure on 15% more for design options/ structurals... BUT these days there are also lots of incentives. Call me if you'd like to know more!

Love pedestal sinks but prefer countertop for storage and more room on top. Oh yes big kitchen indeed and a breakfast nook. Big pantry. Yes. In a home that large need that extra fridge and or freezer. Spacious 1st floor primary and en-suite. Like the 2 split lofts. You know my pet peeve is not enough bathrooms so appreciate the 1/2 bath. Big bedroom. Love the window seat. Jack n Jill to next big bedroom. Wow. Great 2nd master with sitting area. Love a separated vanity. Oh wow. Huge closet indeed. Last bedroom with en-suite. The eye of a hurricane will destroy everything on its path, be it Central Florida or otherwise. It may not be a hurricane Cat 5, but a Cat 4 is as terrible. Lived through that when hurricane Maria in 2017.

The good news (kind of) for Central Florida is that it would take a series of events to allow a hurricane to reach us as a Category 4. I could certainly happen, but usually there is enough land between us and the hurricane to weaken it before it gets to us. I'm SO sorry that you went through Maria. That was truly awful!

Big open concept and appreciate the designated dining space. Love the kitchen countertop. Big pantry 🙌🏼. Good size bedroom & bathroom. Covered lanai. Just add the pool 👍🏼. Great size laundry 🧺 room. Big open concept and appreciate the designated dining space. Love the kitchen countertop. Big pantry 🙌🏼. Good size bedroom & bathroom. Covered lanai. Just add the pool 👍🏼. Great size laundry 🧺 room. Big bedrooms indeed. Love the accent wall in the primary. Spacious en-suite. Omg. The retreat is amazing. Great home for who wants a 2-story. Thanks for sharing 🤗
