The one thing I love about new communities and neighborhoods is new strip malls , shopping, restaurants, schools and hospitals with lots and lots of parking. 3 bed apt $2819? Wow. In NY; apts you would want to live in have studios starting at $3800-$4000. It’s crazy guys. Plus $300/month parking plus your gas, electric, cable, rental insurance, some have water, your credit cards if any, car/health/life insurance and whatever else. It’s so hard to save. As you drive , the availability of land to build on seems endless. Agreed. Hats off to the construction team in that heat & humidity. Great drive. Thanks so much.
