Happy Sunday Amy and Eric. Gas rewards a plus. Our BJ’s gas fluctuates but it’s usually about 12 -20 cents less than named stations. Loving the map as you name the communities. Oh no. Sorry you hurt your back Eric. The amount of undeveloped land amazes me. Oh my. Looks like driving can be hectic anywhere; not just NY. I have so many questions! We’ve built 3 homes in CO in the part 5 years but want to move back to FL! We’re looking at building or buying a quick move in in Harvest. We just went to look at the models on the 16th (March) How can we chat with you?

We weren’t planning on leaving until our son graduates HS, but that’s 3 years, because we promised him we’d stay until then, but when we went to look last week he kind of had a change of heart. So I’ll fill out the wishlist and look forward to chatting!
