The ability to choose among well-crafted design packages is real a bonus, especially for those of us who appreciate beautiful interior designs but lack the creative, interior design "gene"😆. And you're right, it really is a great floor plan!

Hey Amy and Eric. K Hov used to email me a lot. Love a 1-story. Wide long entry indeed. Good size flex space. 2 beds with separate sinks Jack n Jill I love. Good size laundry 🧺 room. Powder bath 🙌🏼. A lot in the front of the home. Beautiful open concept. Unique color cabinet. Wow. A lot included in the farmhouse collection with the shelving, sconces and pendant lights. Big kitchen and island. Love the overhand for 2 extra island seats. Great designated dining area. Yes Amy. A bar station in that sunken area. Big primary. Great natural light. Love barn or pocket doors. Lovely en-suite. Although the tub is nice, prefer a linen closet. This is a lovely layout. Thanks for sharing 🤗.

I agree with you about the tub vs linen closet! I especially like it when they figure out a way to do both!

At the moment they can't build a Tompkins there. Once they open the next phase they will add the plans back. (But call me first!). :)
