I have trouble still with spruce on thr a30. The main thing is save states won't load and gets stuck to a forever save such as pokemon. I reformatted and updated but still the same. Other than that, spruce is my favorite still.

Perfect video as always. Followed all the steps in both of your Ship of Harkinian videos and the games are running flawlessly on my RG35XX H. But please, could you help me with the "F1 Menu"? I've tried the steps in your video, I'm pressing L3, the top menu appears, but I can't pass the "Hold X" stage... Nothing happens, no "Main Menu box" appears for me. I've searched everywhere but no one seem to have this problem solved yet.

Depends on the system, but on muos rg35xx h the button to hold is the north button but I found on another system it was the west button that needed to be held. After the top menu appears, Just try holding each of them for a few seconds and one of the ABXY buttons should trigger the menu select.

I have an SoH 1 video tutorial as well. It should run without any customizations but there is a crash when you pull out the deku stick which can be fixed with modded files.. I describe that in the video as well. Some people are saying that it crashes at jabu dungeon which appears to be an SoH compilation issue. Not sure if/when this will be fixed

Hi, First of all thank you for your guild, it really helps me getting Balatro and Stardew Valley to my RG35XX +, but i believe there is a problem with tmnt, after following your guild, there was no window that poped up to tell you to skip any file. There is a bug with installing TMNT in latest MuOS Refried Beans. For now, you can use the fix posted on the MuOS discord: discordapp.com/channels/1152022492001603615/1180080911434399744/1255211710478942208 Do the install as per my instructions then copy over the 'progressor' file from the MuOS discord. It should replace an existing file in the port/tmntsr port folder.

PPSSPP is free. The "pro" version (gold) is just a paid donation. There is no difference between the regular version included in stock and the gold version

It's likely that you just have an older version of PPSSPP. You would need to update the firmware to get a newer version. It's not as scary as it seems. Check out rg35xx h custom firmware and install guide video. I tried to make it as easy as possible to show you how to update the firmware or change it

If you are using muos, postmaster is in the apps menu. The ports folder is created when you download the first port via postmaster

Check your internet connection. Muos isn't the most reliable when it comes to showing the true state of your wifi. Sometimes it says connected but it's not really

I can't get the NDS and many other games to work on my RG35XX original! PSX would run until the intro ends then it's just a black screen. Mario Kart 64 would just load up until the menu then it freezes. I tried so many things on the 37-dev and January 2024 Batocera Lite 1.0.3 version including trying to change the emulator for NDS to Drastic (the option wasn't even there). I heard MuOS supports N64 now. I might just use that instead despite the more basic frontend.

tmnt wont work no matter what i do and there is no log file but what i noticed my pc is not asking to replace the video folder so i even saved the content and after copying replayed one file called patch tmnt video and still nothing happens it just goes back to menu

Iconoclasts needs the Linux version so you'll need to use the steam console downloader method using the steamdb id

N64 is crasing. And saves under menu button dont work. Only works saves in retroarch. Worst thing its crahing. Never happend on rg35xx H.

My r36s has analog drift specifically in n64 games. Do you know how to solve this problem?

If you are using a retroarch core, you could try increasing the deadzone on the joystick. Open retroarch then go to Settings -> input -> and increase the Analog Deadzone to 0.1 This will make the joystick less sensitive to small movements but it might negate the drift if it is minor. Otherwise you could always try to replace the joystick directly with a switch joystick replacement. I have a written post about replacing the joystick in the rg353v which has a very similar layout to the r36s

Shortly after I made this video, they updated the port so that the config.ini is no longer required. Everything can be updated in game using the SoH menu

The Linux PPSSPP has been updated with lots of improvements since I made this video and so the VS should have pretty similar performance though android psp emulation will have slightly better.

Unfortunately not that I have found. Even lowering the resolution and setting graphics to low and trying all of the different emulators, I still can't get it to run. You can try the Dreamcast version or PS1 version as that is easier to emulate.
