It all started this morning. I was playing AM2R the fan made Metroid game on PC. I thought, "this would rule on my new RG35XX-H." Someone got it running on the Anbernic and there was gameplay footage, but no tutorial. Your tutorial worked! Playing AM2R right now - woo woo. Got Stardew running as well. Also, by following your guide I got GTA:Vice City running! It even supports dual analog sticks! Thanks so much.

Hi, First of all thank you for your guild, it really helps me getting Balatro and Stardew Valley to my RG35XX +, but i believe there is a problem with tmnt, after following your guild, there was no window that poped up to tell you to skip any file. If you could please address the problem and make a new guide specifically for tmnt please?😅😅😅

There is a bug with installing TMNT in latest MuOS Refried Beans. For now, you can use the fix posted on the MuOS discord: discordapp.com/channels/1152022492001603615/1180080911434399744/1255211710478942208 Do the install as per my instructions then copy over the 'progressor' file from the MuOS discord. It should replace an existing file in the port/tmntsr port folder.

Newer versions are supported. I'm running 1.6.4 on my devices right now. you may need to delete your existing sdv install on your computer to get rid of any mods before copying the files or try the download_depot method

tmnt wont work no matter what i do and there is no log file but what i noticed my pc is not asking to replace the video folder so i even saved the content and after copying replayed one file called patch tmnt video and still nothing happens it just goes back to menu

Thanks for the tutorial. I want to install the GTA 3 port on my RG35XX-H, the Steam Version but it doesn't work. My RG355XX-H has MuOS 11 Beans. Do you know what would be the problem? Thanks in advance.

The definitive version on steam and rockstar is not compatible. You need to find an older version of the game before they remastered it. Unfortunately that version is no longer available for sale anywhere

I have the rg35 xx h muos installed when running portmasters ready to run games some work and some run but with a black screen or no controls tried to uninstall and reinstall same problem

Portmaster is still in testing on muOs but most ports should be ok. Which games did you have issues with?

I have an RG35XX H running muos Bean. I have the original CD version of GTA Vice City for Windows. How can I port it over? Thanks.

Using portmaster, download the VC port files. Then, copy all of the files from your original installed copy on your PC into the ports/gtavc folder on your device SD card Gta-vc.exe should be in the ports/gtavc folder

Inside the TMNT ports folder should be a logs.txt file you can check to see what kind of errors show up

You can download the full 1.6 install on your computer then copy over the files into the portmaster directory over top of the existing assets

You may want to backup the entire stardew valley portmaster folder before doing the overwrite if you have a save you want to keep. The "update" might make your existing saves incompatible.

Hoping this eventually comes to Android for devices such as the RG556 that are yet to take CFW.

bruh. if your device running android you need a CFW or Portmaster. all the games are literally available on the Google Play Store.

i use dual sd setup, is portmaster located in the OS sd card or is it in the games sd card?

I had one of these yesterday. Got MuOS installed, but I'm having issues with portmaster, I got some games running via explore content, but the portmaster application itself doesn't seem to work properly, there's nothing listed under ports, if I pick featured ports or options its boots back to the muos menu. I installed portmaster games through the website download and instructions but this and forager and fallout 2 just boot to menu. But I have got Fallout 1, Heroes of might and magic 3, undertale, diablo 1 running seemingly fine, so I can't be completely useless. But really don't know what Im doing wrong and why my portmaster behaves as it does (I am connected to my wifi) Log file says "//mnt/mmc/roms/Ports/StardewValley.sh: line 81: mono: command not found" no idea why this mono command is missing or why it needs the kissing disease. So there is a mono file on the portmaster github repository, though I haven't seen if it works yet. Clueless about Fallout 2 as the log is blank....and for forager the log is very full claiming its missing lots and tbh I can't be bothered with messing with all that now.

MuOS is a bit finicky when it comes to connecting to Wifi. Even if it says "connected", it may not actually be connected. If you don't see any games when connected to Portmaster, you probably aren't actually connected to wifi so go into the MuOS setup and disconnect and reconnect then reset your device. If you are installing games manually, then you are likely missing the runtimes that are required for some games. In the case of Stardew Valley, you need the mono runtime which is installed automatically when you install via Portmaster. It is possible to install the mono runtime manually: Go to portmaster.games/runtimes.html and for SDV you need the mono squashfs file. Download this file and for MuOS, it needs to be placed on your SD card at /MuOS/PortMaster/libs

I've also done all the steps necessary but every time I try launch the game it has a black screen for half a second then goes back to the rom page like nothing happened.

Inside of the Stardew Valley portmaster folder, there should be a file created called log.txt Check the log file for errors to get an idea of what might be causing the crash

It works just the same as any PC install. If you have a coop save file then you can play and connect with that

If you are using muos, postmaster is in the apps menu. The ports folder is created when you download the first port via postmaster

i cant even download the file it says missing app info

Check your internet connection. Muos isn't the most reliable when it comes to showing the true state of your wifi. Sometimes it says connected but it's not really

GTA 3 works but you have to use the old version... Can't use the current steam or rockstar remastered versions. Unfortunately the old version isn't available for sale any more. If you are lucky enough to have an old copy or know how to find one then just copy the files into the portmaster GTA folder
