I agree with the last part,.. just going and talking to cute girls have gotten some good girls into my social circle and trained my brain to handle rejection and just move on(if at all i get rejected) At worst, nothing changes.... At best,i end up with a number and a date... Sometimes, the nature of relationship isn't yet clear,but having some cute women have helped me create a reference experience for bringing more cute women into my life,how to talk to them to get them to open up,etc ..
So,mindset matters....😊
I was born in August while my classmate was born in March....I graduated highschool with 80% while he got 72... But then he got admitted to a better college because of community reservation,i had some family issues that hampered by ability to do well.... I finally graduated engineering with around 70% marks & pandemic restrictions made hard to get help....So, I took up a temporary job in food delivery(as it was essential services) so I could bypass these restrictions to a certain degree and go to my professor's home to learn.... So,while the study may be a determining factor for sport, there are more variables at play for academics.... (Luck,how we deal with setbacks,being able to afford good mentors,finding our weak spots and improving 1% everyday etc ..)

Nothing should change unless it affects our health or routine. The body and everything else have their purposes. Certain habits generate inspiration and mood. Humans are unique individuals.

The all nighter's are honestly the worst advice especially if you have deadlines or commitments. I ended up oversleeping and was still tired the next day. So i lost 2 days of productivity. Went to bed early on the 2nd night but couldn't sleep for like 6 hours which took me beyond my usual schedule. Exhausted again on the 3rd day since i only slept 5-6 hours and finding it hard to be productive, so 3 days just wasted for nothing and back to the same exact schedule, but worse, I'm also sleep deprived and unproductive

I watched your video on sleep. I am the guy that’s been staying up until 3am playing video games. Time to make a change. I feel like crap. 4 hours sleep a night isn’t working
When I was a child there were 4 admissions terms per year, starting in September after the 6 weeks holiday. So the youngest in class were this born in the summer before the start of September. By the time my eldest went to school in the early 80s, it was changed to only two admissions per year. September and January. Then by the time my younger sons started it was reduced even more to only one block of admissions a year from September. Abandoning 3 admission terms per year made a huge negative impact on a lot of children who have since been wrongly deemed to have learning difficulties.
I cleared YT history and started watching motivational content in here. Now my FYP, can help me be a better person. I'm glad I saw this video. Will definitely try the solution.

Another thing that disturbes your focus is ads breaking in the middle of this video in the middle of a sentence. The current one broke my concentration enough that I will not be watching the rest of this helpful video. My loss.....
