Hi Joe, in the video you mention a catch limit per vessel of six scallops... but in the legislation I can't find anything about hand diving- does this catch limit not just refer to dredging? Is shore diving without a boat under different regulations? Thanks

Perfect video, I hope someday I can arrange that kind of diving trip. Dive safe.

I saw a video of Alaska halibut fishing, they were MEASURING a 20 inch fish. When I was a kid they caught 500 pounders and SHOT THEM WITH A HANDGUN before bringing them aboard. That is what killing off the big ones has brought them to. Catching the BABIES and fishing for a "slot" fish. Protect what you have friends because humans can so easily WRECK EVERYTHING. Remember those fish that are 5 feet long are probably 80 years old.

Greetings from West Anglesey, I have only just found your channel and think it is SUPERB in every way. Two questions I would like to ask are where do you find the time (Never a free minute or bad weather) and how long can you hold your breath for underwater (probably been asked a thousand times)? Stay safe and keep the videos coming....

Holy shit that thing tore apart perfectly and so easily. Weird how animals can be so persistent and violent but then you open them up and they're a bunch of poorly-fitting chunks of food and gunk

Awesome adventure my man, as per usual 👍 Wanted to ask, how are your bigger fish with worms in the meat? Whenever I get Bass above 500mm it seems to have them, Pollack is a different story, 400mm has quite few of them, 600-700 a lot. I pick them out for an aesthetic reasons, properly cooked don’t do any harm, just puts me off seeing it😅

The only safe spear gun is an unloaded gun. - Exactly!! Never EVER point it at anyone and never "load" it until you are in the water. I have many years experience with firearms from simple 22 rifles, SA80, shot guns, "elephant gun" etc You ALWAYS treat the weapon as loaded ALWAYS. Safe fishing guys. Ive not personally dived although I have all the gear (and yes no idea) but I love these videos so much. Its a tonic to a hectic week.. My goodness how times have changed. When I was your age the beach/ sea was about getting a tan a drinking loads. In my mid 40s now I appreciate the water so much more and spend my time fishing for mackerel, bass and anything really. You're a credit to your families. Keep up the great "work" All the best. Mike

My son and I love watching you catch lobsters but something really bugs me, so thought I’d ask the question! Can you guys just hold your breath for a phenomenally long time, or do you snorkel make have some form of oxygen feeding into them? I can’t see an oxygen tank or anything but you seem to stay under water for ages! Thanks!

They free dive... So no air tanks. It's crazy how deep they seem able to dive tho. Think they do lots of different dives and then compile the best footage to make a film. Only discovered this channel recently, really cool.

Lobsters quite common in UK waters I see, shallow waters I mean. Not so common here in Portugal. Spider crabs yes, not lobsters.
We don't bother with a safety...One poopular NZ brand doesn't even seel guns with safety option. My safety story was missing out on a massive trevally...
