The CTR:NF ones are cool. I grew up with CTR and was also my first video game. I loved it to death and even now I still love CTR even if I am not as good as a lot of people in multiplayer.
I actually disagree on the take about the games having less charm. I think the new FF and MH games have tons of charm and whimsy, all it’s “missing” imo is the nostalgia of older game systems
I played world didnt like it. Played rise, thought it was alright. Just went back to playing 3U 4 and genU

Not going to lie what's stopping me from playing this is having to be reminded of the sequel trilogy to get 100%

Ceadeus isn't really meant to be threatening, he's more of a tragic beast, the tremors he causes is due to him trying to scrape his constantly growing horns, a victim of his own biology, I get your perspective but i feel the massive amount of imposing and deadly elders kinda skews the perception of what an Elder Dragon is

i just seen I just seen the Star Wars outlaw review stream streaming on KZread Star Wars outlaws even try. I think you would like it to me. It's not my cuppa tea of Star Wars outlaws.
We had a team of 4 ppl who tried to get into this game, and no one got to Endwalker...We all finished around Heavensward/Stormblood. We even thought about buying expansion skip/pass but dumped the idea and the game. New player exp is brutal.
Your pledge sucks! Playing games on a deadline is so stressful! But it's your game and your channel. So I hope you enjoy Heavensward and Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate. 'Sides, if everyone played through HW as a dragoon, the duty finder would probably never pop lol. Me, I'm taking my sweet time. It took me like four months to get to Heavensward because I was doing tons of side content.

RE: crystals. Those are representative of Hydaelyn’s blessing. Each one makes the blessing stronger. At the end of Keeper of the Lake, you met Midgardsormr. A god among dragons and the progenitor of all dragonkind. He has some mysterious connection to Hydaelyn and saw that you had her blessing. Knowing that she is weakening, he sealed off your blessing to test your worth. He wants to see if you’re only strong because you were chosen by Hydaelyn or if you were chosen because you were strong. Each time a crystal lights up again, that’s you strengthening the blessing and yourself.
I felt the same feels dull compared to the other games, with world I was super excited, rise not so much but slightly excited but this one I felt like they could of done more

I've played virtually every Monster Hunter title there has been, starting of with the OG Monster Hunter on PS2. I've been hyped for every title, and I'm hyped for this title. Really hoping we get to go underwater in this title. P.S. leave politics out of Monster Hunter, we don't need to muddy another great franchise with people's political takes on it.

If you've got three more 12 hours streams in you, I think you can finish 3.0 and at least up to 3.3 in the patch content. Technically that's where the heavensward story ends and all of the patches after that are lead up to the next expansion. The final fight at the end of 3.3 is I think what you should really aim for, it's the culmination of the whole heavensward story

I know this is pretty late, but i found that the best way to handle the camera in Mh4U was to use the target lock camera

Gunna be interesting to see what your thoughts are upon finishing 3.55 with storm blood right there but also gen ult needing to be started. Either way im excited, cant wait to see you meet the GU monsters and these next few story points in post HW.
