  • @eldarbeshtoev9182
    @eldarbeshtoev9182Сағат бұрын

    You can start it also with straddle, building volume with straddle leads to full planche later … but of course you have to attempt full time to time to get ur body used to it

    This structure of training is just for advanced people, right? Because I think when you dont have a high level and have a long hold and some powermoves you cant really do combinations or transitions.

  • @eldarbeshtoev9182
    @eldarbeshtoev9182Сағат бұрын

    Get the strength first…reach a lvl where you can hold straddle and build volume with it… eventually you will get to full

  • @eldarbeshtoev9182
    @eldarbeshtoev9182Сағат бұрын

    At first you don’t even have the skills for practicing transitions, so maybe focus on your strength goals first

  • @robin.calisonig

    @@solomon9507 it depends, sometimes people say it s very hard skills like vangelder or caruso, and sometimes it means a skill that is dynamic like a push up or a press.

    This question always comes to my mind. If your free videos are amazingly valuable and the information in them is not told to us by anyone for free. What do your paid courses and online training look like? 🫠🫠 I'm sure it will be magic.🥲 One day you will be my coach. I don't know when, but someday, because I don't have the ability now to even buy your e-book. But thank you for these valuable videos❤️❤️❤️🥰
