    my favorite plancher and expertise i am gonna become one like mr.valentine only planche and in demand i would like a video talking about plateau and how to deal with it ok my question is how do pro calisthenics atheletes manage to combine multiple skill and train on all of them at the same time i am talking about lee van and iliesse belasri and like you see they train multiple skills and still achive a high level ( the hole proble of this talk is that i have one of my friends who achived 5 FL pull ups and 11s touch and 20s FL or even high and still has full planche for like 6s and one press but for some reason he pleatued and stoped for like about 4months without seeing any results and wants to leave calisthenics for good ) ineed help in guiding him for some time so he doesnt quit or just to make him see the light that there is still hope ( he is trainig now about 2years didnt complete the second yet

    Interesting points for sure. Personally I have certainly experienced more progress over the span of MONTHS when focusing on a plan and being linear, compared to going up and down all over the place trying to follow my body's signals. I think it just came down to overreaching on the good days, leading to faster fatigue accumulation and more deloads. I'll try it out again though, maybe I missed something last time. Great video!

    The best would be to have a full planche for a few seconds. But, i've been thinking to the peoples that would get this ebook too early, and there's indications to adapt it to the level of the person, so it can be followed even by someone that mastered a straddle planche.
