To be really clear with everyone : I do KZread videos to help massively, i will not answer every single questions + most of those questions are dumb and can be answered by yourself in trying or using your brain 2 minutes. The fact to ask as if i would have and take 5 min of my precious time for each of you is so selfish, my time is for my family friends projects and work. You want me to advice / guide you, there is my ebooks and a coaching formulary in description. ' give them a hand they take the arm' , i need my arms , forget it. Invest in yourself or wait for coming videos.

You already do an amazing job posting these videos, and even with that people will still find a way to label you as selfish. I'm really grateful for your free videos, keep up the amazing work man
The only athlete that show us REAL technical information about skills. The others "calisthenics influencers" just show stupid "how to get injured follow along routines". Thank you so much Valentin! Already waiting the next videos!

Can you make a video on how to strenghten your wrists? I've been enjoying planche training, but the wrists are holding me back and it even hurts when I pick up something heavier that 5kg
@ValentinOtz

not planned , review your grip , maybe you don't have the intention to apply strength and just resist on the angle of your wrist , idk i didn't see your way to do , but it's not necessarily a strength question

Hi Valen, I hope you're having a great week. Your content its pure gold, I've been applying your tips in my trainings and my progress is faster than ever. I would love to see Spanish subs too, I don't know if there is a way of translating your videos and send the subs but I would love to help with that! Also, it would be interesting a video about the different injuries a prolonged incorrect form could cause.

@ValentinOtz
Sorry for asking but this technique is only apply to Planche on Pbar? or it also apply to another variation like floor or supine.

To elevate my legs i have to lean forward, but if I lean to the perfect one, and I can lift it properly is it shoulder problem or lower body

so you don't have the right intension with your head or shoulders , cause if the head go with the trapezius and the trapezius with the shoulders , if all work correctly together is should make it more simple
@ValentinOtz

Does this effect the planche strength u have by widening the grip a little, like if I could do straddle would I lose it if I went for a slightly wider grip or no, no change?
@ValentinOtz
4 fingers more is not going from straddle to wide , its just adding a little of space.

Tu l'as déjà expérimentée?

Valentin should i over extend my elbows in planche? Cus i can hyper extend them in planche, but tend to feel more uncomfortable with wrist strain and more strain on elbows.
@ValentinOtz

No , this is a misunderstanding , you should rotate , not push on your elbow or extend it.
@Jeff_123

@@ValentinOtz ahh I see, cus I already try to supinate my elbow, but then on top of that, I try to extend into my full over extension and almost always get some issues compared to when I just leave it straight. Thank you Valentin for the advice 🙏

i can perform planche with proper form with bands, it's okay to use bands always?
@ValentinOtz
it's ok to use band for strengthening in the beginning of learning a skill , after it become useless , it's only for technic and activation
@ryuuuuu5510
many calis athletes on instagram to do not use bands because it's waste of time, it is true?
@ValentinOtz
@n0ha_sw

@bodyfitnessguillaume5810
