Yea, I only recently discovered this channel like a month ago.
In fact I think this a natural principle that we learn by ourselves. We all used this in an unconscious way in our first push ups, pull ups,handstand push ups,... basically in any exercise, we started being able to do a few reps hardly with bad form then gained the stamina to do more and over time we built enough strength to improve the form and with that add intensity until we need to break it down a little in order to get more volume and this goes on forever. Doing only "the best form" is a trap in which many of us can fall when we start to get more advanced into this and gain or think we have gained more knowldege, leading to more ego and wanting to show only the " perfect" form for others and for ourselves, hence going against the nature and damaging our progress. Its then necessary to be aware of this and this video can be an eye-opener for many. Good job!

It is, but no one keep following it and beginners copy professionals , so natural at the begin, not necessarily the rest of the evolution

Tu m’as ouvert les yeux 👀. Thanks the strongest ||
thank you bro, didnt know i needed to hear this but i do

Informative video thanks val❤️

one of the best calisthenics clips on youtube
I know this video is worth for waiting🔥
Spread your knowledge on these things that only a few people understand, to grow the sport bigger. Have a nice day man!
Masterclass, merci pour ton temps !
I love this content, that’s what I look for in the community, thank you man. Just a question to clarify what I learned: you said that it’s not necessary to always seek a perfect form in order to improve, but the activation should anyway be correct for avoiding injuries, shouldn’t it?

hi and thx, yes exactly
Unrivaled knowledge and skills Valentin possess
infinite knowledge by the planche master himself. thanks for all val!

Merci !

Thanks, have been saying this all the time, people giving planche advice and how to do it "perfect" when they all started with curved planches and bad forms, why would you give an advice that you didn't follow?
@ValentinOtz

because the major part don't understand what they are doing and how they did / why it worked , thx man
@ValentinOtz

Wow
Hi Valentín, can you talk about the metod of push and pull?
@ValentinOtz
i let it to pull athletes

what is better, to do basis like pushups ,dips and pullups in order to gain strenght to do the planche or to practice the progresions in order to planche ? What is better to progress and unlock de exsersise?

@ValentinOtz

So what if I do quality and quantity with the help of a resistance band, does that work/count to build stamina and form? (Resistance bands to assist not to make it more difficult)
@ValentinOtz
band don't help to build endurance. Only to work on control and form

why do you think you haven't got any biceps injuries in contrast to other cali athletes that can also perform in a high level?
@ValentinOtz
If you engage she shoulders the right way, so you don’t compensate with biceps. A bad grip can be the cause too, biceps will have to compensate the lack of wrist engagement

Awesome video, I feel the same way too since I've been stuck at the same level for years, until I started to explore different ways of working out. But one thing I did not understand clearly: say for example you want to improve the number of planche pushups, would you say it's best to do many bad form pushups in full planche, with a limited rom (you don't go too deep) or it's better to do many straddle planche pushups but going with a deeper rom? When you say bad form is better do you refer to still being able to reach the full rom in a movement, or is it acceptable even if you can't reach the full rom as long as you do much volume? Thanks in advance :)
