Some people get breakouts after depilation
You can use a soothing serum/cream and salicylic acid at night to get rid of acne bumps

Koi Baat nahi, mostly Saare doctor weight loss hi bolte hai par ye issue hi thoda complex hai and India me Saare doctors itna time nahi invest karte ki root cause pata kar paaye. Supplements will support your health par lifestyle changes zyada helpful honge

Hey I'm planning to go for LHR, as I've very thick dense hair all over my body, also my prolactin hormone is a bit high although My periods are regular. Also my skin is very sensitive. Whenever i use razor or get face waxed i get bumps all over my face.Will it be okay if i go for the laser? Will it be effective? And IPL, DIODE OR SOPRANA?
Hi! I highly recommend laser over any other hair removal methods however for pcos this isn't a permanent solution, you may have to keep doing sessions after completing the initial 6-8 sessions as recommended as hormones can always fluctuate. Soprano is the best technology, IPL is at home lasers which won't help at all, diode is also good. Go for soprano if u can. 🤗
By killing someone to give protein to yourself..there are many vegetarian foods for protein..😢

Hiie dolly , you said the dosage for mg glycinate is not more then 350 mg for women but the one you suggest in the discription is of 550 mg so what should i biy it or not if yes what about the dosage?
Hi the absorption in the body is less in comparison to the recommended dose hence my doctor suggested more. I would say check with your doctor or rather go for 350mg to avoid any issues.

Hi dolly , i got first session of laser and after 10 days hair are not shedding naturally but when i try to pull them they come out easily. Should i wait for them to fall or pull them?
Don't do anything if they are coming off easily which means it's working, just wait for a few more appointments they will start reducing and falling off naturally.

Everybody should apply sunscreen equivalent to a teaspoon or as much as y two fingers.

I haven't shaved my face yet but there were already a lot of facial hair since birth nd i guess my pcos also has affected a little bit on my chin area so many say it doesn't cause prblms many say it does many also say that you start seeing a green shadow which is scary because i can see that on my upper lips already a little bit though I won't say the hair is thicker. So if i shave my whole face would it start having the green shadow thing like men kindly help
Some people can see a shadow after shaving but it depends from person to person. You may wanna share on a patch and check if that is the case as not everyone has the shadow

Hey i have a question. I got my braces two days ago and the molar band on the right seem to be a little inside my gums. Is that normal? Meanwhile the on on the left is quite loose. Im very scared and i don't know which position is right and which is wrong
Hi yes the molar band can be inside the gums, both ways it's alright as mine was also placed inside the gums

Thank you so much! You prevented me from buying an extra device. I already have philips BRE245 which is a body epilator.. but i was wondering if i should buy separate one for face to maintain hygiene if i plan to epilate pubes.. any opinion from your end Ms. Dolly?
If you can disinfect the device properly only then use it on your face however I'd personally prefer having two different devices for face and genital area.

How many sessions have ypu done till now .. i have done like 13 session on my chin neck area .. pehle se kaafi reduction hua to hai but its still there
I stopped after 6th session.. I will start again as it did reduce the hair growth but the situation is same as yours
Mam i want to buy Phillips 235 epilator and I have hard hair on my chins but that hair because of I pull out the thin hair and then the hard hair has grow so can I use these epillator on my face .
