Di You should keep doing walk...it will help to cure your PCOD ....jisse chin pe acne bhi nhi honge....also drink diluted apple cider vinegar...before bed time.

Hi! Thanks for trusting my recommendations and main kaafi saalo se neutrogena face wash use karti thi but I've started using Minimalist face wash salicylic acid wala, wo gentle bhi hai and uss se black heads bhi control hote hai and moisturiser main humiderm cream kaafi saalon se use karti hu, usme slight fragrance hai par irritating nahi hai medical store me mil jata hai nahi toh I also get simple ka light weight moisturiser ye affordable hai plus achha kaam karte hai mere skin pe... Hope this helps ❤️

that was informative! does that mean that after at least 6 sessions in total, you could see a the dark spots are lighter or gone?

Hi! I'm glad you like it☺️... And yes 6 sessions in total and since I've done this treatment in the past the spots get lighter with every sitting and if you apply sunscreen and follow the doctors instructions carefully the spots will go completely by the end of 5th or 6th session...

Hi! I use UV doux spf 50 sunscreen or reequil spf 50 matte sunscreen

Hi Nikita! Bilkul daro mat safe procedure hai, iss se marks chale jayenge bas zyada moisturiser and sunscreen achhe se use karna padta hai.. Main ye treatment kaafi baar kara chuki hu because mujhe acne and spots hote rehte hai.. 6 sessions bola hai doctor ne par aapko agar 3 - 4 sessions me farak dikhe toh band kar sakte ho aur iska part 2 bhi share kia hai maine dekh lena usme poora process dikhaya hai... Doctor ne khud explain kia hai.

Hiee... Haan bilkul bohot dry hota hai skin, achhe se moisturizer lagao and apne aap peel hone dena khud mat pull karna... Sunscreen lagana gharpe bhi subah every 2 - 3 hrs you'll be fine

Hello! Maine bohot baar kiye hai peels mere sath nahi hua hai Aisa kabhi, make sure ki aap din me 2 to 4 times sunscreen laga rahe ho even at home spf 30 ki nahi toh face dark ho sakta hai.. And fir bhi nahi ho raha theek toh doctor ko dikhao...
