Mere teeth jaldi stain hote hai isliye.. Main every 6 months scaling karati hu..

Your video helps me a lot..I am also going on 10th month par mere doctor wires repeat karte hai change nhi karte and power chain par koi rubber band nhi lagaate

Thank you... ❤️ Also agar aapko koi improvement nahi dikh raha toh please aapke doctor se openly pucho maybe unka treatment plan different ho according to your teeth..
Um unhone kaha aur 3/ 4 months me treatment complete ho jayega, but I can see aapke upper and lower teeth me kafi difference hai. I mean overjet znd overbite like mine.

Ho sakta hai but i guess trusting the doctor is better.. Sabka tooth movement same nahi hota so whatever it is, ab 3-4 months me pata chalega.. 🙂

Hi mere teeth zyada peeche nahi kiye hai because mera issue sides pe zyada tha toh mujhe gums pe koi difference nahi lag raha jaise thhe waise hi hai
Dii apka lower teeth ka extraction nhi huwa kya ????

Diet me sabse zyada important hota hai protein toh protein intake proper rakho... Agar vegetarian ho aap toh sattu, soya, paneer ye sab zyada khao and non veg me meat, fish, eggs, chicken etc...
