Kirstie’s couple were adorable. Their smiles lit up the room when their offer was approved. The husband’s expression was priceless. Congratulations!!!!

All that paved, area,so sterile in the lovely cottage. Some work taking outv1/3 of front pavement and putting in trees,,shrubs, and roses, lots of roses would, add charm and ,shade and wild life!

'It's Hu-uge!" Kirstie says, as we're shown a long, dark, narrow kitchen! That older couple don't want to downsize - they just want the house they had with 2 fewer bedrooms, for half the price.

I fail to see what say Raffie has in this purchase. She neither brings the money nor the salary to this buy. Love the older couple, so much joy and happiness ❤

The only three things that matter with a property are location, plot, and price. The house itself can always be modified to your needs and liking. I’ve never bought a house with ‘feelings’. So ridiculous given the amount of money involved.

I have to admit I'm a bit bewildered how come they don't teach young people how to use tape measures anymore in school. That way they know how to measure measure a bed and the measure of space to know what will fit and what won't😮

Kat is an absolute inspiration! Through patience, unrelenting diligence, strength, and determination, ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE! Best of luck to the couple as well. They definitely conquered the hardest part in anyone's house hunting journey, saving, saving, and saving. Thank you for the post, I became a fan two months ago! Shout out from AMERICA 🇺🇸!!

I loved that 1st house and I saw the potential. Personally I would have put in an offer below the 700k since it needed total reno, then gradually do it up while I continue renting. I will extend into the loft space to make a master with ensuite while the other 3 bedrooms will share the family bathroom which is a decent size. Being 140k less than what they would have paid for the 3rd home means they would have done a lot with that property and really increased value. I know that a reno project with a baby on the way is daunting but it's not like they were going to be renovating themselves. Before ruling it out, they should have a gotten a quote and how long it will take. However, i am glad they eventually found their forever home.

This made me smile, I watch this 19:56. Phil walks past a wall, tapping it, and saying, take this down, easy... ignoring the fact that there is a radiator on it. Then at 26:24 he says the fact that there is a garage in your face at the front of the house adds to the privacy.

What these young people dont realize, maybe nobody thinks about it; if you have kids, the scope to move greatly decreases, bc the kids education is more important than that next move; so the next 10-15 years, is more likely in the next 8 years or after the next 28 years...

I dropped my son off at JK while in full labour with my daughter Gillian, Jackson marched right into his class and picked up a card with "Drum" on it his Nanny had taught him and written his name on all his drawings! The next day we went for a long walk, Gillian tiny and prambulatored, Jackson walked over a few miles and insisted on being the sturdy boy!
