Another thing, you should ask about subcontractors. What work will be subcontracted and who will be doing that work. Who guarantees the subcontractor's work and who to call if something is faulty. And get that in writing, because when something goes wrong there could be a lot of finger pointing but little rectifying.

People can’t drive, everything is expensive, nothing to do, way to many people (even more from NYC) no good party spots that don’t stuck, roads are crap, people are often rude but sometimes you get lucky, cops everywhere looking to get you for anything, inspections on cars, and the traffic…. The dang traffic sucks. Also poor infrastructure.
