😭1.1 million for a house that would have cost 500k 18 months ago. And your not even getting it for that. They obviously want a bidding war. A subpar builder at best. The nerve of these people. Talk about inflation

I don’t think there will be a bidding war at this price. If they get that 1.1M in an offer, it will sell for that. I don’t believe this home would have been half the value as you say 18 months ago. This area has been at a premium price point for years. But I agree, real estate prices are out of whack right now and it’s not even about traditional inflation.

I need to move out of Greensboro to over here God Willing.

The only thing I liked about this home was all the natural light but nothing about it seems like it should be anywhere close to the millions of dollars. I definitely thought this was like at most 500k.

Homes in Charlotte and surrounding area are extremely overpriced! Housing Experts say by 40%. People have fairy dust in their eyes...lol

I enjoyed the walkthrough, without commentary, with the pleasant jazz. It gives the viewer the opportunity to visualize their potential home.

This home is gorgeous! I love their choice in color palettes and decorating. One thing home builders do that makes no sense to me and drives me a little nuts is they intentionally make the refrigerator space too shallow and then you have this fridge sticking out. They need to make it deeper - especially in these upper-tiered homes. Nobody wants to buy a counter-depth fridge.

I’m enjoying looking at your videos while I study for my real estate license exam. My favorite room was the “owner’s suite”. It is beautiful! The window is the selling point.

I miss you walking through the house, showing and talking us through it ❤️

This home will be a hard sale. Half bath across from the butler's pantry is a no no!! A nook right at the kitchen pantry, no. So so Master bedroom, master tub placement is awkward. Master toilet closet is very claustrophobic & narrow. A four vehicle garage is a plus, I wish you'd have shown it. The house imo is hit or miss. I definitely can't see this being $1.1million dollars. Around the mid $500 - $600's, maybe, not a mill. We get into million territory, I'm gonna need four sides full brick, or brick, stone & shaker plank mix, something that will look more like a million plus!! But thanks Victoria, we always love checking your videos!!👍🏾💯

Love the house. The master bathroom tub looks difficult to get in. We miss seeing you on camera. Still waiting to see homes in the Leland and Wilmington area. Keep doing such an awesome job.

Another beautiful home Victoria!! One thing I don’t like about this home is the way they inserted the bathtub perpendicular to the shower. It just gives that “squeezed” in look and it also looks dangerous to me in term of accessibility. Other than that, this house is a dream.

I’m not sure, but it appeared the game room and owner’s suite share walls. I agree with the tub comments. The outdoor living should have had a view of the fireplace. Builder grade shouldn’t be 1.1 mil. The lens used by videographer needs to be changed

I like everything about this house the high ceilings the open lovely kitchen .

The 4 car garage was in the title and thumbnail, I would just suggest show that part of the house as well.The house is beautiful and great tour!

This house is perfect in everyway! My husband and I are relocating to NC this year and this is breathtaking

Greetings lovely, wow, this one was really nice Victoria, and thank you again for another Stellar tour; how you and the cameraman orchestrated it really works and the music is so calming and welcoming. I liked everything about this home, I wouldn't have done anything different, and I especially love how the powder room is neatly and conveniently tucked between the kitchen and dining area. At first I was wondering where the pantry was and when I saw that it was tucked off of the planning area which to me I would use as a little office area, I thought hum I can easily reach for a little snack while I'm working 😁🤭. Yes the powder room placement is terrible. I had a home with the powder between the kitchen and dining like this home and everyone could always hear everything when someone used it :/ powders need to be tucked away IMHO

I have a general question- it seems like all the homes in Charlotte are in planned communities. Is it possible to find a regular home in a normal neighborhood? We currently live just outside NYC where there are very few planned communities like this. I’m just curious.

I loathe seeing homes going for 1M and they have no appliances or shall I say not fully equipped with them. I must be spoiled because where I live selling a home, any home without them is almost unheard of. The home is gorgeous, although one thing I would change is that powder room in the butler’s pantry. It should be on the other side of the wall out of smelling distance of the food staging and dining room. Yuck 🤢

Hollins Grove is already way over priced.. add to that the skyrocketing market this past year. I TRULY feel bad for anyone that over paid these past several months!
