This was a stunning and beautiful home. Ryan is also an excellent agent, very detailed and quick to state the options available. I always say yes to the bonus/media room it can double as a guest room for any emergency stays if you have large families. Or you can host parties downstairs and leave the kids upstairs - although I would turn it into a zen room ASMR 24/7 and positive mediation :) I need to know the shade of green for the downstairs bathroom it was gorgeous. Love that they give buyers ideas on how to decorate the rooms too.

The sunroom, the large laundry room, even the sink that faces the window are great touches. The builder did a great job on this home.

This home is gorgeous and I’ve always liked that Gastonia gave you that small town feel but enough to do so that you don’t have to travel to Charlotte all the time for fun. The only thing I don’t like about Gastonia is their school system.

Hey Victoria, beautiful home, nice addition with Ryan, giving more of the specs of the home. It was very helpful in not just knowing the information, but getting a good idea of what I would want in my package, when building. Excellent presentation!🙃

I love that house! So nice! It was a nice touch to have Ryan on, he’s so knowledgeable. You asked some good questions too! My tabs: so open, so light, I love all the high end finishes, the sunroom, the large kitchen, the walk in closets, & that it’s a side load garage! Definitely a winner

Very nice home Victoria and Ryan. My likes are: 1) Overall flow of the home 2) Federal style trim over all doors 3) Double ovens AND microwave 4) Double clear light doors with transom in office 5) Wide hallways in lower level 6) Unique butler’s pantry 7) Crown moulding in many rooms 8) Wainscoting 9) Nice cabinets with finished ends Dislikes: 1) No 10’ ceilings on main floor 2) No 9’ ceilings on upper floor 3) No real wood flooring 4) No wood wrapped windows

Makes me wish I was living in that location. Love that home! You both really presented the home very well.

Grays and whites and Blues is exactly what I like!

I wouldn’t pay 550 for that location. House is beautiful. If the house was in charlotte, union or cabarrus county I would consider it.

Prices have increased all across the board. Similar floor plans in union county and parts of Charlotte are running much higher. This could easily be $700k in Union currently

Beautiful house the outskirts of Charlotte seems to be the place to be because of price, lot size and basements...Great job keep them coming 👍🏼😊

Beautiful housing; 👀 looking truly rich by the colors of the walls and ceiling and the light fixtures built-in amongst the ceilings and the beautiful natural lighting coming through the beautifully made windows;😘 so beautiful, really also of course about other 👀 seen by the attached 🎥 show about built-in the house and outside of the house luxury is gorgeousness.

Spacious and comfy house. Love the privacy of the bedrooms areas, the formal dining and the office space, which I would use as a living room for guests. The only thing I would change is the Jack & Jill bathroom. This house have enough space to provide every bedroom with its own bathroom; something I look in a house!

Nice home but I really feel sorry for the younger generations. They really have ppl out here thinking it's normal for average middle class to spend a half a million on a home when it isn't. When these food shortages continue and you NEED to grow your own, these people will feel bamboozled to have spent so much but be land poor. No thanks. I think I'll keep my older and affordable home with an acre of land.

Beautiful home. I love the sunroom! I would prefer a two story great room, a cat walk and a finished basement. I would like the kitchen cabinets to go all the way to the ceilings. Also, the microwave down in the cabinet and a vent for the stove. For the master bath I would like a free standing tub. I would also like a sink in the laundry room. Btw, the butlers pantry is really nice! Me and my opinions……🙄😏

You can get the same home (or nicer) on several acres of land for under $200k in Georgia. Housing is the biggest rip off there is in most states; NC being a prime example. I would NEVER buy a home like this when I can build one much nicer on a larger plot of land for much cheaper.

This home would not be available for $200k in Georgia, especially the Atlanta Metro area. The days of any newly constructed home under $200k, are over. I’ve lived in Georgia over 25+ years, except for 1 year when I actually lived in Gastonia, 2017-2018. I knew within 6 months of living in Gastonia, I’d be moving back to Atlanta. Thank goodness I kept my house my in Atlanta. The area where this development is located, is very family friendly, minutes to Interstate 85, 15 to 20 mins to Charlotte Airport and 485 Outlets.
