The transitional space between the formal dining room and kitchen is known as a butler's pantry. It's for mixing drinks and prepping appetizers while not getting in the person that is cooking space.

Lennar is terrible! They are a big box production type builder and they make it look nice but they put the cheapest materials and appliances. They also hire the cheapest labor who do a messy job. My next home will definitely not be from Lennar.

@@tinat6386 It's getting ridiculous in NYC...the crime, the rats and the mayor lol! I don't live in the city...I live on Long Island...we get smashed with taxes pretty hard in Nassau County. Time to sell and get the heck out. NC looks beautiful and your quality of life would be an upgrade in comparison to NY.

Waxhaw is a great town with awesome schools. Millbridge, in particular, is probably better than 30% ex NY'ers. Lots of retired PD and FD. The whole area is actually dominated by ex NY and Northesterners. For those of us that grew up in Queens/LI, it will remind you of the old days when everyone knew their neighbor and there are LOTS of kids always running around. There are many other neighborhoods and developments that vary in lot size and house size as well. Convenient to the airport and also 3 hours ride from all the Carolina Beaches (except outer banks) and the mountains.

Love the Butler’s Closet off the Formal Dining Room.

I'm from Charlotte but in DC. I can not wait to move back to the area. I wish that I could get something like that here for the price.

It seems to me that home prices in the South are getting so high. Even in ATL houses are over half a million. Like something just doesn't seem right

I live in Southern California (as a Realtor)! A house under half a million is almost unheard of. Even when you leave the city the prices are increasing.

I would probably make that open space up stairs a game room and or an arts & craft room rather than a second living room. I love 😍 the size of the bedrooms, bathrooms & kitchen niiice; it's really nice all throughout the house.😘

Definitely gotta give props to your camera crew, Jeremy. He knows what he's doing. It's amazing to watch how the light rays phase into the video when you guys pan across the windows. It's really extraordinary, at times.

It’s quite possible..my house is 2600 sq ft with 5br 3bath and this space is laid out similarly.

Nice house but its like living in queens 1 house stacked on top of the other, then there is the HOA between the cost of that and the rules, its a dealbreaker for most

@Jason luhmer including me. I'm in NY and want to relocate to NC but I currently have an HOA. Never again. Plus HOAs can increase their cost like mine. I've been paying it for 17 yrs. That home's ceilings are also too low for me in addition to the things I dislike about it. But I'm seriously thinking about Waxhaw. Not etched in stone though.

False advertising. This is not their typical home which is cookie cutter, built on top of each other. Cheapest materials and labor force. Miniature size steep lots with neighbors only feet away on all sides (like living in fishbowl), foundations that start cracking the 1st year, garages too small to park a car, drive ways too short and sloping. To show how cheap these folks are, sheet rock in garages is taped but not finished or painted. Yet they want fortune for these homes...Price went up 100K over the last few months. Seriously?!

Beautiful home and also quite affordable. I would have bought this house instantly if this house + price was priced in Canada. Here in Canada, everything is inflated and people are forced to stretched their mortgage by 4x times or so. USA is still # 1 and #1 is #1 always. This house in Montreal would be close to 700K CAD :-(

Waxhaw has a water treatment facility that you do not want to be downwind of. Choose your home carefully.

White light it’s called daylight, or HMI, and it’s not good for indoor, specially if you’re a reader, or painter, or doing handcrafts, and the reality of this light is that the color is blue not white, if you like to test that, just try to read a book under a daylight bulb , then try it under a tungsten light (yellow) or some people call it moonlight , or worm light , nice video by the way, and awesome house

This was a year ago, no way is this home 365K in 2022. Meanwhile white kitchens are so bright and offensive: white cabinets, white backsplash, white countertops. Need shades.

And now this same house is $650K ??????

I wish she would have not repeatedly over and over saying the same words (!very very nice place and talk more to the measurements and possible use of the space and view if there is one , and flora and Dina , stores and shops schools .... I’m just saying
