This gets a thumbs up from me solely after hearing the number of bedrooms & baths. Definitely for a big family, like the Waltons or the Ellises. OMG, those two gold framed mirrors in the master's suite are exquisite!

Lennar tends to have dim homes, but the house is quite spacious. I love the separate toilets very thoughtful!! And Vick you look beautiful in that blazer!

I think the previous owners were going for that darker room feel, I guess they are not big on the natural light

This is actually a brand new home; I would definitely recommend adding a bit of lamps throughout the home

Hi Carlindo, as I stated in the beginning of the video, this is a model home. Unfortunately those were converted into office spaces which could not have been videoed. That space would’ve been a room in a regular build.

I think this currently as shown is about mid $400,000 now...Charlotte has been ranked top 3 fastest cities in the country. Prices will continue to go up in my opinion.
I claim a house like this for my children, future husband and his children. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
The house doesn't have much natural light nor built in light. But I guess you sacrifice that for the price. Also the pantry is smaller than my linen closet haha.
The kitchen is underwhelming
Nice house - but those glass panel doors are Vintage from at least the 1920s. They aren't Modern
